Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

How to start a return

Email contact@robotvaccum.com with your order number and reason. We'll send you a prepaid return label within one business day.

Refund timing

Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your unit arrives damaged or stops working within the 12-month warranty, we'll replace it free of charge.
